Being in the industry so long, our founder has heard all the horror stories about work done or half done by unqualified, inexperienced, or unlicensed contractors. He wanted to help homeowners protect themselves & understood the value of having a reliable reference in order to pick the best contractor for the project. Finding the time & resources necessary to perform a full reference & credential check can be tedious & overwhelming. BRIDGING THE COMMUNICATION GAP
In addition to being able to help homeowners all over Northern California, HomeImprovementBids.com has designed a service which assists contractors as well. Over the years, our founder had worked with every homeowner referral service out there. What he noticed was a lack of communication between these referral services & the homeowners interested in having work done. As a result, most of the referrals he acquired turned out to be less than quality. He knew there was a better way to connect homeowners & contractors. A plan to improve the chain was put into motion.
