• Be in business a minimum of two years
  
  
• Provide a current verifiable Contractor's License
  
  
• Show proof of current liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, & any applicable bonds
  
  
• Have NO unresolved complaints at the Better Business Bureau or Contractor's State License Board
  
  
• Provide at least three verifiable testimonial letters or references
